To permanently close your account, email support@8jjbet.click from your registered email address stating your request clearly. Account Security
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link by email, or enter your Pakistan mobile number to receive a 6-digit OTP by SMS. Follow the instructions to choose a new password. If you can't access either the email or the mobile number on your account, contact support@8jjbet.click with your full name and CNIC details for manual recovery.
After logging in to your 8jjbet account, go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. Confirm your Pakistan mobile number. From that point, logging in from a new device will require a 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile by SMS. 2FA is one of the most effective ways to protect your account and PKR balance. We strongly recommend enabling it, especially if you reuse passwords.
8jjbet will only contact you from the official email domain @8jjbet.click. We will never ask for your password, full card number, CNIC front and back photos or OTP codes via WhatsApp, SMS or social media. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from 8jjbet and asking for sensitive information, do not respond. Report it to support@8jjbet.click and forward the message so our team can investigate.
Act immediately: (1) Change your password from the account settings if you still have access. (2) Email support@8jjbet.click marked URGENT with your username and a description of what you noticed. (3) Our security team will place a temporary hold on the account, review login logs and guide you through a full recovery. Responsible Gaming
Log in, go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Enter the PKR amount and select the period (daily, weekly or monthly). The limit takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your 8jjbet account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time you cannot place bets or make deposits. However, you can still withdraw your remaining PKR balance. Once activated, a cooling-off period runs its full duration and cannot be shortened. Self-exclusion closes your 8jjbet account for a minimum of 6 months. It cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
